We collect your name, email, phone number, area, emergency contacts and the data you provide in requests. These are used to organise care, contact the patient and manage the service. Inform your emergency contact before sharing their data.

Service guidance

If you authorise automated guidance, your description is compared with the services in the catalogue without being sent to external artificial intelligence services. Do not include documents, identification numbers or unnecessary medical information. The guidance does not provide diagnoses or replace a professional.

Conversations with the assistant

Ana searches local answers and public website content. Messages are not sent to external services or stored on the server. The history remains only in memory during this session and disappears when the page is reloaded. We do not store questions or behaviour for training or ongoing learning. Updated public website content helps contextualise answers. Do not share sensitive data.

Access and control

Requests are accessible to the patient, authorised administration staff and the professionals to whom the administration assigns them. Sales and marketing receive only aggregated statistics, without clinical data. Management access, report views, exports and operational changes are logged for auditing. They are not published on the website. Professionals share their location voluntarily; sharing requires approval and can be stopped at any time.
